Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring?

We do provide cots, blankets, and bowls, however, feel free to bring your dogs favorite bed, blanket, toy and anything else that will make them feel more comfortable. Personal bowls are also welcome, we do ask that no glass products are brought.
We highly recommend that you bring your pets own food, so they can maintain a healthy digestive system while you are away. We do carry Science Diet Chicken, Iams Chicken, and Iams Lamb and Rice.

Can we recieve updates on our pet while we are gone?

Yes, of course! When you check your pet in you can request updates without any additional charges. We can send pictures and updates through text or email. If you do not want pictures or text updates we also encourage phone calls.

My dog is on a special diet and takes medications. Is that okay?

Absolutely! We ask that pills are either in the original pill container or a pill box with detailed instructions. When you drop off your dog please be sure to tell our front desk staff what and when your dog should receive their medications. We do have a refrigerator for all cold products such as insulin, cooked rice or chicken, canned food, etc.

How often does my dog get fed and watered?

We feed in the morning and the afternoon. If your dog is fed at lunch please let us know because we can accommodate. Every dog has access to water 24/7. Each room has their own bowl of water that gets emptied, cleaned, and refilled with fresh water twice a day.

When do I pay?

For boarding stays payment in full is due at the time of check-out. We take payment via cash or checks only. Long term boarding requires payment up front for half of the normal rate for that stay.
